Wave tools twin fin Part 4- This thing is amazing!
Once again my friend in LA opened his vault for us and made me feel like the complete amature I am. A beautiful, imaculate condition, early, early 80's Wave tools twin fin with all the features you could want from a board from this period. Short wide fins, wide swollow tail, checker board spray, Clark Foam decal and heavy, shiny gloss coat that they stoped using after about 1985 to cut down on weight.
Like the Royale with cheese I like cause its got one of those great US made big fat wide leg rope plugs that's great cause it not what I'm used to using and its really easy to get the leg rope on and off. Why didnt they use them in Australia. Hell why dont they use them now!!
Jules: You know what they call a Quarter Pounder with cheese in France?
Brett: No.
Jules: Tell 'em, Vincent.
Vincent: A Royale with cheese.
Jules: A Royale with cheese! You know why they call it that?
Brett: Because of the metric system?
Jules: Check out the big brain on Brett! You're a smart motherfucker. That's right. The metric system.
